  • Organizational Culture and Branding: Led a transformational rebrand and organizational strategy, establishing a new value proposition, brand identity, and organizational values.

  • Employee Experience: Developed an enterprise-wide employee value proposition (EVP) for leading biotech firm, resulting in above-industry benchmark talent acquisition, retention and engagement. Orchestrated a purpose-driven employee engagement strategy, shaping a future-of-work EVP through extensive research, a sensitization campaign, and pilot activations.

  • Program Design: Designed a career acceleration program for a tech talent pipeline at large social impact firm that equips fellows with certifications, industry mentors, and rotational placements in social impact tech.

  • Inclusion and Belonging Strategy and Tools: Developed tools to support employee resource groups for multinational company, enabling them to deliver greater business impact.
